Work Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm | Mon - Fri

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

SEARCH CRITERIA

  • Have authorization to legally work in the U.S.;

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent;

  • Bilingual & biliterate in Spanish & English;

  • Great customer service skills & friendly personality;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Have computer proficiency;

  • Strong attention to detail, listening & problem-solving skills;

  • Professional & reliable;

  • Ability to manage timelines & deliverables;

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Answer phone calls and emails, welcome clients, schedule appointments, manage correspondence, document filing, participate in trainings, provide information about services.
